After about a year in marathon running, my right knee has finally started to feel numb after abouts of long runs or basketball. This numbness is inside the knee but gets back to normal after a day or two. Typically occurs in the right knee (my right leg is more bold than my left).
All along, I thought my leg muscles have been sufficiently conditioned to help support my young knees from bouts of training. Guess I can't depend on the surrounding muscles any more. In due process, I have been making sure I get my milk and glucosamine regularly. Not forgetting drills and conditioning exercises.
Prevention is better than cure ;)
